Overview
We are seeking a motivated Roofer Laborer to support our roofing projects by assisting with installation, repair, and maintenance tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the roofing industry, working alongside skilled professionals on diverse construction sites. Duties
- Assist with the installation and repair of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools
- Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment
- Carry materials such as shingles, metal panels, and framing components to designated areas.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely across job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Prior construction site experience or hands-on labor work preferred but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks daily
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques
- Willingness to learn about roofing systems, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards and detail-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of construction estimating or remodeling is a plus
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site access and material transport
