Job Title: Journey-Level Roofer

Location: Rathdrum

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $28–$35 per hour (DOE – Depending on Experience)


Job Description

We are seeking experienced Journey-Level Roofers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and/or residential roofing systems and be comfortable working at heights in a fast-paced environment.


Scope of Work

  • Tear off existing roofing materials and dispose of them properly in designated dumpsters
  • Safely operate roofing tools and equipment
  • Layout and stage new roofing materials on roofs, including metal shingles and TPO systems
  • Install new roofing systems using proper fasteners and installation methods
  • Install flashing, underlayment, and complete roofing applications to industry standards
  • Work safely on ladders and at heights, following all safety protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site, including final cleanup after project completion


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a journey-level roofer
  • Proficiency with metal roofing and TPO systems
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
  • Strong understanding of roofing safety practices
  • OSHA 10 certification required
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
