High-income opportunity for experienced closers! Honest Abe Roofing is expanding into the Kansas City Metro, and we are seeking proven, high-ticket closers who want to dominate a new territory and earn at an elite level.
We provide pre-screened leads, high-value closing frameworks, and a company vehicle. As a new branch location, this role requires a proactive sales professional who combines company-provided inbound appointments with local prospecting to build immediate momentum and keep a full pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Run Pre-Qualified Leads: Present directly to homeowners at pre-screened, office-booked appointments.
- Territory Development: Execute localized outreach and self-generation tactics during initial branch rollout to maximize earnings.
- Roof Inspections: Inspect residential roofs, evaluate structural needs, and identify storm or age-related damage.
- In-Home Closing: Present clear solutions, guide homeowners through flexible financing options, and secure contracts on the spot.
- Pipeline Management: Manage follow-ups and daily sales metrics to convert warm leads into signed projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of outside sales, high-ticket sales, or in-home closing experience (roofing or home improvement experience preferred, but not required).
- Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record (required for company vehicle).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Location: Ability to report daily to our regional office in Holt, MO.
- Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday with weekend availability to meet with homeowners).
- Tech: Reliable personal smartphone with an active data plan for daily company app communication.
