BigHorn Roofing is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced Roofing Account Executive who wants to focus on what they do best — closing deals, building relationships, and making money.

This is NOT a door-knocking grind.

We are one of the only roofing companies in Utah providing our sales team with a consistent flow of fully qualified warm leads. Our lead generation system is producing more opportunities than our current sales team can handle, and we need another high-performing closer to help us keep up with demand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run qualified company-provided roofing appointments
• Perform residential roof inspections
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, insurance claims, and replacement options
• Build trust with homeowners and provide exceptional customer experience
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and contingency agreements when applicable
• Manage customer communication from inspection through signed agreement
• Collaborate with production and operations teams for smooth project handoffs
• Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates

Ideal Candidate Background

• We are specifically looking for candidates with:
• Roofing sales experience
• Insurance restoration experience
• Residential construction sales experience
• Strong closing ability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Candidates who understand roofing inspections, storm damage, and homeowner education will excel in this role.
