Position: Roofing Canvasser/Sales Representative
We’re looking for go-getters ready to earn high in roofing sales. Bring your drive—we’ll provide the training, mentorship, and opportunity to earn big.
No roofing sales experience is required — we provide full training.
Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods to find homes with roof damage
- Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
- Talk with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims
- Set appointments and help close sales
Requirements
- Previous Sales Experience (roofing sales is a plus!)
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and talking to people
- Willing to learn and stay motivated
- Able to climb a ladder for inspections
- Reliable transportation (car or truck)
Compensation:
- $100,000 – $350,000+ per year
- Top performers can earn $450,000+
- Commission-based with high earning potential
