Roofing Estimator

Safety training is a key component of our organization's productivity and prosperity. We provide on-going education and OSHA Safety Training to ensure our employees are protected from workplace hazards and are given the knowledge and skills they need to work safely.

As a Roofing Estimator you will be able to:

• Review of ITB, specifications, drawings, and addenda to create work scope and material and labor costs. Projects include private and public.
• Prepare professional and detailed proposals, bids, and change orders for contractors.
• Maintain files of working documents and tracking of bids, including follow-up on bid status.
• Communicate effectively with team members, providing accurate and timely information.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Our ideal Roofing Estimator will have:

• 3-7 years previous roofing estimation preferred.
• Experience with computer estimating software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail & good with math.
• Use of MS Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Working independently while maintaining a team player attitude.
• Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, self-starter, organized, and multi-tasker.
• Must have a valid drivers license
