Grace Roofing and Sheet Metal Enterprise is a family owned and operated company specializing in Residential and Commercial roofing. We have an immediate opening for a crew leader skilled in all types of residential & commercial roofing to work collaboratively with the team.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Demonstrates proficiency and knowledge of roof construction and components.
• Able to lead a crew working on residential and commercial re-roofs.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise to the roofing crew.
• Punctuality and excellence in performance.
• Maintain a clean job site.
• Must be able communicate and work well with fellow employees and customers.

Candidate is expected to demonstrate an exceptional work ethic, quality focus, teamwork, willingness to learn, dependability and a positive work attitude through effective interaction with co-workers, customers, managers and respectful communication.
