What Youll Do
As a Roofing Laborer, you will be responsible for:
Removing existing shingles and roofing materials from residential homes through roof tear-offs.
Carrying and positioning roofing materials such as bundles of shingles across scaffolding and work zones, ensuring proper handling and disposal into trucks, trailers, or dumpsters.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools, sweeping debris, and removing discarded materials to prevent hazards.
Assisting roofing crews with material preparations and general site cleanup to ensure smooth project progress.
Supporting safety protocols by working at heights and using fall-protection gear as needed.
