A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A KTM ROOFING PROJECT MANAGER:
KTM Exteriors & Recycling LLC is Growing and Hiring! One of our new current opportunites is for a Project Manager who has experience in Roofing and Exterior Services and enjoys mentoring and leading crews. We provide our Roofing & other Exterior services to Residential and Commercial customers in the following states: NH, MA & ME. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee quality roofing installations ensuring Customer Satisfaction. GeneralResponsibilities:

• Supervise and direct roofing crews on residential and/or commercial job sites
• Ensure all roofing installations meet quality standards and project specifications
• Monitor job site safety and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
• Coordinate daily workflow, crew scheduling, and material logistics
• Communicate project updates and progress to management
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to maintain high performance standards
• Inspect completed work and address any issues or deficiencies before project close-out

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on roofing experience, 1 year or more in a supervisory or lead role preferred
• Proficiency in shingle and metal roofing systems, flat roofing is preferred 
• Strong knowledge of roofing safety standards and OSHA regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project plans
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights
