The goal: scale to a 9-figure company and a 9-figure exit in 36 months.

Your Day As A Roofing & Restoration Sales Rep

You’re in the field. You’re meeting homeowners. You’re creating pipeline.

You’ll generate business through:

• Door-to-door prospecting
• Company-provided leads

You’ll:

• Inspect roofs and identify restoration opportunities (roofing + water damage, etc.)
• Present solutions clearly and confidently
• Close deals and keep momentum moving
• Track your pipeline, activity, and results
• Show up for training and team meetings
• Compete on leaderboards and hit targets

This is a numbers game with standards. You’ll be coached hard—and expected to perform.

What You’ll Earn

• Commission-based (1099). Uncapped.
• Entry: ~8% of gross profit
• Experienced reps: 10%+
• Baseline performers: ~$100,000/year

Requirements

• Preferred: 3+ years of sales experience
• Must have:
• Reliable vehicle (able to carry a ladder)
• Willingness to set up an LLC (1099 role)
