This is a field-based sales role requiring daily homeowner interaction throughout the Rio Grande Valley.

Compensation & Earnings
Uncapped Commission Structure
- 8% commission on company-provided leads
- 10% commission on self-generated leads
- Close 5 deals in a single week and every deal that week pays 12%
Yes — the 12% applies to ALL deals that week, not just the additional ones.
Example:
On an average $13,000 roofing contract:
- 5 deals at 12% = approximately $7,800 paid out

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners for roofing consultations
- Inspect roofs and identify storm damage opportunities
- Present roofing and restoration solutions
- Close residential roofing deals
- Maintain CRM updates and customer records
- Follow up on open estimates and homeowners
- Generate a minimum of 5 self-sourced leads weekly
- Work closely with setters, leadership, and production teams
- Consistently hit sales and KPI expectations
- Represent CA Roofing Solutions professionally in the field
You’ll have:

Training & Development
We invest heavily in developing high performers.
Your onboarding includes:
- 20 hours in-house training
- 20 hours field training
- Roof inspection training
- CRM and estimating training
- Ride-alongs
- Sales coaching and development
You’ll also complete Owens Corning University certification within your first two weeks.
This is real hands-on training designed to help you succeed quickly.

Experience Preferred
Strongly Preferred:
- Commission-based sales
- Roofing sales
- Door-to-door sales
- Solar sales
- Home improvement sales
- Pest control/alarm sales
- Customer-facing sales roles
Roofing experience is preferred.
We are willing to train highly motivated individuals with the right mindset and work ethic.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluent English communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but NOT required
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs - preferred but NOT required
- Comfortable working outdoors in South Texas weather
- Available evenings and some Saturdays
- Comfortable traveling throughout the Rio Grande Valley
- Must maintain accurate CRM updates and documentation daily
- Must maintain a minimum of 32 working hours weekly
