What You'll Be Doing

You'll help homeowners protect one of their biggest investments while building your own book of business and income.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting roofs and evaluating properties
• Meeting directly with homeowners
• Identifying roofing and restoration needs
• Educating customers on available solutions
• Building trust—not pressuring people into buying
• Preparing estimates and recommendations
• Following up consistently throughout the sales process
• Managing and developing your own sales pipeline
• Working with appointment setters and company leadership
• Keeping customer and project information organized
• Representing Vizcom Contracting professionally in the community
• Taking ownership of your sales activity and results

Hours & Schedule

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.

You'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule around customer appointments and your sales activity.

Who We're Looking For

You're a great fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of sales experience (preferred)
• Build trust quickly
• Communicate confidently

• Stay organized and follow up consistently
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Are comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
• Can safely work outdoors and access rooftops
• Have roofing, restoration, construction, or home services experience (preferred)
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Are comfortable working as an independent contractor

No roofing experience?

The Hiring Process
