Qntum Roofing is actively hiring an Roofing Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our roofing sales operations in your region. This is a leadership role for experienced, high-performing sales professionals who want to take the next step—driving results personally while developing and supporting a successful sales team.
As an Area Manager, you'll lead from the front. You'll continue producing in the field while mentoring sales reps, setting performance standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role blends sales, leadership, and training in a fast-growing, people-first organization.

$2,000–$3,000 per week (commissions + override bonuses)
Annual OTE: $150,000–$300,000
Full-time, commission-based role
Lead by example through personal sales performance
Assess homeowners' roof damage and guide them through next steps
Help customers qualify for insurance relief or financing solutions
Prospect residential neighborhoods to generate new business
Train, mentor, and develop new sales representatives
Lead 2–3 weekly team meetings and sales trainings
Attend weekly company-wide webinars focused on personal development
Support and develop new sales reps through hands-on training
Identify neighborhoods and properties susceptible to roof damage
Manage assigned territories to maximize production
Educate homeowners on accessible roofing solutions
Qualify prospects and schedule on-property consultations
Maintain long-term relationships within the community
