We are launching our brand-new Honest Abe Roofing operation servicing the entire Kansas City Metro, and we are hunting for highly motivated individuals who want to master high-ticket sales and secure a massive income.

No roofing or prior sales experience? We dont care. We provide full, hands-on paid training, elite coaching, and a company vehicle to get you moving. However, because we are building this branch from the ground up, we are not looking for order-takers or clock-punchers. We need hungry, proactive hunters who are excited to roll up their sleeves and generate momentum in a brand-new market.

The "Earn Your Leads" Pipeline Rule

To ensure our field reps possess the grit, local market knowledge, and absolute confidence required to represent the Honest Abe brand, you must prove your closing capability in the field first.

All incoming rookies are required to self-generate, hunt down, and successfully close two (2) residential roofing contracts using their own localized prospecting efforts. Once you clear this initial milestone and prove your closing instinct, you will unlock full access to our inside sales teams calendar and be fed company-provided, pre-qualified inbound appointments.

What You'll Learn & Do

• Startup Lead Generation: During your initial launch phase, you will aggressively hunt for opportunities via localized neighborhood canvas campaigns, community networking, and direct local prospecting.
• Master the Roof Inspection: Learn how to comfortably scale an extension ladder, inspect a residential roof deck, and pinpoint precisely where a homeowner has storm or age-related damage.
• Present Solutions: Confidently guide homeowners through our premium material options, explain our elite warranties, and leverage our flexible financing tools to close deals right at the kitchen table.
• Consult & Convert: Once you unlock company leads, you will transition to running pre-booked, pre-screened appointments scheduled directly for you by our office staff.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Execute daily pipeline management and clean follow-up strategies to turn warm prospects into signed contracts.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Experience: 0-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience. We prioritize character, coachability, and raw startup grit over a lengthy resume.
• Communication: Must be able to converse with homeowners comfortably, project professionalism, and articulate ideas clearly.
• License: Valid Driver's License with an insurable, clean driving record is mandatory.
• Location: Ability to reliably report daily to our regional headquarters located at 4853 SE PP Hwy, Holt, MO 64048.
• Schedule: Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, with weekend flexibility required to meet with clients when they are home.
• Smartphone Mandate: Must own a reliable personal smartphone with an active data plan capable of running company communication applications. This position requires using your personal device to coordinate with the office and handle client phone/text threads.

• First-Year Target: Realistic, highly achievable first-year earning potential of $70,000 to $120,000+ via a lucrative weekly commission structure.
