We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Representative with at least 2+ years of experience to inspect roofs, meet adjusters, and close replacement and repair contracts. If you are a field-focused closer who wants independence backed by full administrative and estimating support, we want to talk to you.
$3,000 Structured Hiring Bonus: To support your transition, receive $1,000 after your initial two-week training, $1,000 at 6 months, and $1,000 at 12 months.
High Earning Potential: $100,000+ first-year target (our top performer is already hitting this in Huntsville). W2 position.
Tiered Uncapped Commission: Earn a steady 9–11% on company-provided leads, and a higher 13–14% on average for your self-generated contracts.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a target mix of 50% warm company-provided leads and 50% self-generated business via networking, referrals, and strategic storm/door-knocking.
Field Inspections: Safely climb and inspect residential and commercial roofs to document findings and diagnose leaks/system failures.
Client & Adjuster Relations: Meet directly with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters to present estimates and proposals.
CRM Accuracy: Keep proactive, transparent updates and maintain a structured follow-up cadence in the company CRM.
Monthly Volume: Work a minimum of 30 leads per month (roughly 15 company-provided, 15 self-generated).
Closing Rate: Maintain a target close rate of 30% (averaging 9–10 sales per month).
Experience: 2+ years of successful outside sales experience (roofing, construction, restoration, or home improvement preferred).
Physical Capability: Fully comfortable climbing ladders, walking roofs, and performing physical field inspections.
Communication: Impeccable, proactive communication with both clients and remote leadership.
Networking Skills: Willingness to attend local networking groups (BNI, Chamber of Commerce) to build pipeline.
Logistics: A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a professional field appearance.
An existing local network of realtors, property managers, or insurance agents.
Prior success in commission-based roles and experience navigating insurance storm damage claims.
