Position: Roofing Sales Rep

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Generate and follow up on leads from homes with damaged or aging roofs
• Conduct on-site roof inspections

• Prior sales experience preferred — home improvement background a plus (solar, home security, roofing, etc.)
• No roofing experience required — we'll train the right candidate
• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working commission-based pay
• Strong communication and people skills
