As an Entry Level Sales Representative at Olympus Roofing, you'll be trained to guide homeowners through the roofing process with professionalism and integrity. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales with a company that provides structure, support, and real earning potential.
No prior roofing experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and clear systems to help you succeed. Prior sales-focused experience is a plus. You will be using a ladder to get on and off roofs every day - must not be afraid of heights.
Generate and manage sales opportunities through company-provided and self-generated leads
Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and present solutions
Educate customers on the roofing process, materials, and warranties
Follow established sales processes and documentation standards
Work closely with production and project management teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Deliver a professional, customer-first experience from first contact to close
Paid 3-week training program
Customized online and in-person training resources
Ongoing coaching and performance feedback
Clear expectations, KPIs, and growth paths
$80,000–$160,000 On-Target Earnings, based on performance
Weekly commission payouts
Goal for 50% of leads provided by the company
