What You'll Be Doing

Your days will be active, people-focused, and competitive. You'll be talking with homeowners, helping them understand their roofing needs, and guiding them from inspection to solution with honesty and confidence.

Success in this role requires a proactive approach to lead generation. While the company provides qualified leads, you'll also be expected to build your own pipeline through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community outreach.

This isn't sit-behind-a-desk work. You'll be out in the field building trust, communicating clearly, and creating real value for homeowners who need their property protected. When you win, they win too.

The Hiring Process

We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.

What You'll Earn

You'll start with paid training at $500/week for your first 4 weeks. After that, this is commission-only as a W2 employee, with up to 13% commission and uncapped earnings.

Expected earnings are $100,000+ per year.

Top performers earn $150,000–$250,000+.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in roofing, solar, HVAC, pest control, windows and doors, home improvement, restoration, or a related home-services industry preferred

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
