What You'll Do
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll manage the entire customer journey from initial contact through project completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and networking
- Identify storm-related roofing damage and educate homeowners on solutions
- Conduct property inspections and consultations
- Manage projects from signed contract through final collection
- Coordinate with production and operations teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and job documentation
- Attend daily sales and coaching meetings
What We're Looking For
We're not necessarily looking for roofing veterans.
We're looking for people who are:
- Highly coachable and open to feedback
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Honest and trustworthy in customer interactions
- Driven to earn at a high level
- Able to maintain a valid driver's license
Sales experience is preferred, but we've seen motivated individuals outperform experienced industry veterans when they're willing to learn and follow proven systems.
