Position: Roofing & Exterior Sales Representative
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and close residential & commercial roofing opportunities
- Inspect roofs, siding, gutters, and storm-related damage
- Meet homeowners and property managers
- Work insurance restoration opportunities when applicable
- Build referral relationships with agents, adjusters, realtors, and local businesses
- Manage jobs from sale through production handoff
- Represent the SERVPRO brand professionally

What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, restoration, in-home sales, B2B, D2D)
- Self-motivated and hungry to succeed
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders / inspect roofs preferred
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Xactimate knowledge preferred but not required
