What You’ll Be Doing

·         Run company-provided leads and meet with homeowners

·         Conduct roof inspections and educate customers on roofing solutions

·         Generate additional business through networking and self-sourcing efforts

·         Present proposals and confidently close deals

·         Build strong customer relationships and provide a high-quality experience

·         Track leads, sales activity, and project updates within CRM systems

Training & Growth

Our training system is designed to help motivated individuals become successful roofing sales professionals. You’ll work directly alongside experienced reps in the field, learning inspections, presentations, and closing techniques in real-world situations while building confidence and product knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

·         1–2 years of in-home sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, or similar industries)

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Competitive, self-motivated mindset

·         Coachable and eager to learn

·         Ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline

·         Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record & your own vehicle

·         Comfortable carrying a ladder and safely walking residential roofs
