Commercial Roofing Service Helper (Driver) – Repairs & Maintenance

The Role:

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road and working hands-on. As a Service Helper, you’ll support our Service Technicians and Foremen while playing a key role in driving company vehicles to and between job sites. You’ll assist with roofing repairs, maintenance, and inspections while helping ensure crews and materials arrive safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport crew members, tools, and materials
• Assist Service Technicians and Foremen with roofing repairs and maintenance
• Help inspect roofs and identify issues such as leaks or damage
• Load and unload materials, maintaining organization and job site readiness
• Support multiple service calls daily in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs
• Follow all safety protocols, including PPE and fall protection
• Represent the company professionally with customers on-site
• Learn to read work orders and understand basic roofing systems

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age (required for insurance eligibility)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Comfortable driving company vehicles daily
• Previous roofing or construction experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to travel locally as needed
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
