Details:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead all field operations across multiple active jobsites. This is a field-first position: you will spend your days on jobsites managing crews, solving problems, and making sure every project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to spec, while also handling the scheduling, estimating, and customer communication that keeps those projects moving. You are the company's eyes, ears, and standard-bearer on every roof we touch.

Responsibilities:

Field Leadership

•Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications
•Lead, mentor, and develop foremen and field staff with an emphasis on safety and craftsmanship
•Manage subcontractors and hold them to the same standards as our own crews

Project Execution

•Own projects in the field from mobilization through final inspection and closeout
•Coordinate Client, equipment, and material deliveries to keep jobs moving
•Read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings; catch conflicts before they become problems
•Troubleshoot field issues in real time and communicate solutions to project managers and general contractors

Safety & Quality

•Enforce all OSHA and company safety protocols on every jobsite, every day
•Perform regular quality control inspections and document findings
•Ensure proper equipment maintenance and safe jobsite conditions

Scheduling & Administration

•Schedule project work directly with customers and keep them informed of progress
•Prepare change orders and small estimates as project scopes evolve
•Provide regular progress reports to customers and company leadership
•Order materials and coordinate deliveries to match crew schedules

Communication & Coordination

•Serve as the primary field point of contact for GCs, building owners, and inspectors
•Partner with project managers and estimators on Client planning and production targets

Qualifications:
•5+ years of commercial roofing experience, including experience supervising crews or multiple jobsites
•Hands-on knowledge of commercial roofing systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, built-up, and metal
•Proven ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously
•Strong plan-reading skills and working knowledge of roofing details, flashings, and terminations
•Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
•Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus

Incentives:

•Compensation: $75,000 to $110,000 depending on experience
•Company vehicle or vehicle allowance options and phone
