Project Management: Planning, scheduling, and organizing residential roofing projects.
Team Leadership: Supervising and training roofing crews, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality.
Client Communication: Maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Quality Control: Inspecting work, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and addressing any issues that arise.
Safety: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols on all job sites.
Material Management: Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials to job sites.
Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of project progress and communicating with project managers.
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during a project.
Budget Management: Controlling project costs and ensuring projects are completed within budget.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Several years of experience in residential roofing or construction.
Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of roofing professionals.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with crews, clients, and other team members.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during a project.
Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of roofing safety practices and regulations.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques.
Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and schedule work effectively.
Customer Service: Ability to maintain positive client relationships
