Job Info:

Oversee and coach commercial installation crews to ensure the highest standard of excellence on every job site. You will lead quality assurance efforts, conduct final inspections, and solve complex on-site issues while maintaining strong communication with property owners and answering installation questions. The role requires you to lead regular partner meetings, represent the company with integrity, handle project documentation, and ensure all site activities comply with local, state, federal, and OSHA safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in low-slope commercial roofing supervision
• Comfortable working at heights (30+ feet ladders) and acting as a proactive problem solver in an outdoor job site environment
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to adjust your schedule during peak seasons
