Position Summary
Feazel is seeking a skilled and motivated Roofing Technician to join our team in New Albany, Ohio. This role is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or commercial roofing systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and replace various roofing systems (shingles, metal, flat roofs, etc.)

Inspect roofs to identify damage, leaks, or needed repairs

Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and installation

Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations

Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines while working at heights

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently

Maintain tools, equipment, and job sites in a clean and organized manner

Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project status
Qualifications

Previous roofing or construction experience preferred (but not required; training available)

Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ pounds

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
