Requirements

Duties

Participate In Daily Team Meetings To Enhance Overall Performance

Grasp Sales Techniques & Marketing Strategies

Manage New & Existing Client Accounts

Maintain Customer Follow-Up & Accurate Records

Learn HR, Recruiting & Financial Management

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Schedule

Full time (somewhat flexible)

In-person at Peoria location (no remote/hybrid)

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay $400 per week + uncapped commission & bonuses (Typical earnings at $1,000.00 per week)

Weekly pay every Friday via DDP (W4)
