We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active throughout the day, and want to be part of a team dedicated to excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Room Attendant, you will help ensure every guest enjoys a fresh, comfortable, and spotless stay.

Guest Room Cleaning & Preparation

• Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms and suites according to Hotel Keen's quality standards.
• Change linens and refresh bedding in checkout rooms and stayover rooms as requested.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replacing towels, amenities, and guest supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, and maintain all guest room areas to ensure exceptional cleanliness.

Room Readiness & Quality Standards

• Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked with required supplies and amenities.
• Inspect rooms to ensure they meet brand and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, or room deficiencies promptly.

Guest Service & Team Support

• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
• Assist in creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Work closely with fellow team members and hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Housekeeping Operations

• Maintain housekeeping carts, linen closets, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Follow all hotel safety procedures and cleaning protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support hotel operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout an active workday.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business demands require.
