Job Summary

Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team.

This role is responsible for ensuring guest rooms, suites, and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys creating a welcoming environment for guests, and thrives in a team-oriented hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites according to resort standards
• Make beds, replace linens, towels, and guest amenities
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other guest spaces
• Dust furniture, clean mirrors, vacuum floors, and maintain overall room presentation
• Remove trash and replace liners as needed
• Restock guest supplies and housekeeping items
• Remove trays, dishes, and glassware from guest rooms
• Report maintenance concerns and room status updates to supervisors
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
• Follow all housekeeping, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Assist with deep-cleaning projects and special assignments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and work area

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and guest-service mindset
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
