Room Attendant

About the Role:
Hyatt Place St. Paul is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Saint Paul, MN. Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Restock room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to brand standards
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the appropriate department
• Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or room refreshes in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, linen closets, and housekeeping carts
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping supervisors regarding room status updates

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout an entire shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude with a guest-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Basic understanding of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus
