What You’ll Do:

• Clean and maintain public areas, restrooms, fitness spaces, and guest-request areas to brand standards
• Wash, dry, fold, and stock linens and ensure housekeeping has enough supplies for each shift
• Deliver items to guest rooms and assist with late checkouts as needed
• Handle minor maintenance tasks (light bulbs, touch-up painting, basic plumbing/HVAC troubleshooting)
• Record and track maintenance issues using Quore and communicate updates to leadership
• Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner
• Keep storage and laundry areas clean, stocked, and organized

Who You Are:

• Friendly, guest-focused, and professional in appearance and attitude
• Reliable with flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Safety-minded and comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30+ lbs
• Comfortable using basic computer systems for logging work and communication
