We are a licensed tattoo establishment offering a private room rental for a Permanent Cosmetic Artist or Tattoo Artist seeking a professional, established space to work from.
This is a weekly room rental arrangement ideal for an independent artist with their own clientele.

Rental Details
- $150 per week, paid weekly
- Artist must provide their own supplies
- Artist must carry their own liability insurance
- Optional add-on:
Use of our booking system and business phone for an additional $50 per week
Requirements:
- Licensed Permanent Makeup Artist or Tattoo Artist (per state/local regulations)
- Current liability insurance
- Professional, reliable, and self-sufficient
- Able to manage your own clients and schedule
