Job Description

Responsibilities

Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and other guest amenities.
Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and fixtures.
Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, drinking water, tissues, and stationery.
Remove trash, soiled linens, and room service items from guest rooms.
Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, proper maintenance, and readiness for guest occupancy.
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, lost and found items, and damaged property to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and special cleaning needs.
Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
Follow hotel safety procedures, infection control practices, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Comply with hotel policies, grooming standards, and attendance requirements.
Assist with deep cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
