Summary

Role

Spend 10 weeks learning beyond the classroom through hands-on experiences, meaningful projects, and exposure to the day-to-day operations of a premier resort destination. As an intern, you'll work alongside experienced hotel leaders, build connections with fellow interns, participate in hotel meetings, and have the opportunity to explore departments that align with your career interests.

As a Rooms Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the guest experience throughout their stay while learning the daily operations of a luxury resort. Interns will work alongside hotel leaders and team members across Front Office, Guest Experience, Security and Rooms Division operations to develop skills in guest relations, problem-solving, service recovery, and operational excellence.

This internship offers valuable exposure to hospitality leadership, operational decision-making, and the standards that drive memorable guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are students pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field who are eager to learn, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic resort setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership and campus involvement

• Student majoring in Hospitality or related major

• Candidates actively pursuing a college degree at any level

• Ability to work a flexible schedule through the week (10-week commitment)
