Working Hours: Monday - Friday (6 am - 2:30 pm)

Your Role:

In this capacity, you'll ensure the seamless operation and efficiency of our production line, where your setup expertise and troubleshooting abilities will be highly valued and utilized.

Key Duties:

• Effectively setup and operate machinery including corrugated presses, gluing and folding machines, strappers, band saws and a slitter machine.
• Maintain quality standards for packaging materials
• Support machine setups for smooth production runs
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance operational processes
• Identify and resolve equipment issues promptly

Your Skills and Experience:

• Experience in troubleshooting and solving mechanical challenges
• Previous experience in packaging or press operations
• Competent in shop math; adept with tape measure readings
• Demonstrated history for long-term employment and strong attendance reliability
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
• Available for occasional overtime
