TITLE:  Systems Support Analyst – Rotating Shift

START DATE:  June 2026
SHIFT:  Rotating shift, either 7:00 am – 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm – 7:00 am alternating (includes weekdays and weekends)


We are seeking an IT Operations Center Analyst to support a 24x7 IT Operations & Support Center environment responsible for monitoring and maintaining the stability of critical production technology systems. This role works within a rotating shift structure covering both daytime and overnight operations, including weekdays and weekends.

The Analyst will monitor enterprise technology environments, respond to operational incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate escalation activities with subject matter experts when necessary. This position requires broad technical knowledge across multiple infrastructure and software platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to respond quickly to production issues to minimize business impact.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor enterprise production systems and technology environments to ensure operational stability and availability.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and respond to operational technology issues in real time.
  • Utilize monitoring and alerting tools to detect incidents and initiate remediation activities.
  • Escalate issues to subject matter experts and support teams when additional expertise is required.
  • Coordinate restoration activities to minimize downtime and operational impact.
  • Maintain awareness of overnight operational events and communicate status updates during shift transitions.
  • Collaborate with IT support teams, infrastructure personnel, business stakeholders, and external partners to resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Analyze system alerts, operational signals, and performance indicators to proactively identify risks or potential disruptions.
  • Assist with operational support activities across a broad range of hardware, software, and infrastructure technologies.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts to restore production functionality as quickly as possible.
  • Support continuous operational awareness and maintain familiarity with evolving systems, tools, and procedures.
  • Contribute to maintaining stable, secure, and reliable production technology operations within a 24x7 environment.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Broad technical knowledge across multiple hardware, software, and infrastructure technology disciplines
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret monitoring system alerts and operational data to identify and respond to production issues
  • Experience working in operational support, systems monitoring, or IT infrastructure environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
  • Ability to prioritize and respond quickly in high-pressure operational situations
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage as required
  • Ability to work onsite in a 24x7 operational support environment
