We are seeking a rotational Chef to join a beautiful 40m classic Feadship. This is a family -oriented program with American owners and an excellent crew longevity record.

Requirements:<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Male preferred due to cabin arrangements
  <\/li>
• Restaurant timing, presentation, balance
  <\/li>
• Experience with baked goods and deserts 
  <\/li>
• Healthy (but with a consideration for flavor). Americana style guest menu + healthy balanced crew food
  <\/li>
• Minimum of 3 years of yachting experience is preferred
  <\/li>
• Ability to maintain exceptional standards of food hygiene and galley cleanliness
  <\/li>
• Verifiable references
  <\/li>
• Ability to present a well -organized portfolio, including personal photos and sample menus
  <\/li>
• Willingness to participate in crew watch and other ship side duties
  <\/li>
• Valid certifications: STCW, ENG1, Ship’s Cook Certificate, and Food Hygiene Level 3 is mandatory
  <\/li>
• B1/B2 visa or US passport in hand is mandatory
  <\/li>
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check prior to employment
  <\/li><\/ul>

  • Salary: $7,000 - $7,500.00 monthly
    <\/li>
  • Raise: 4% annual raise 
    <\/li>

  • Rotation: 10 weeks on / 10 weeks off (1: .95) subject to operational schedule

  • Insurance: upon joining the vessel
