Responsibilities
Polish and finish rotors to meet specified quality standards.
Inspect and assess rotors for defects and ensure they meet production requirements.
Operate polishing machines and tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Document work performed and report any issues to the supervisor.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in polishing or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
Experience in using micrometers, dial bore gauges, calipers, and ID mics
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
