If you are a self-motivated, compassionate and resilient individual who want to play a role in transforming the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in society, we want to hear from you. As a Rough Sleeper Coordinator, you will be working with those people in the locality who are rough sleeping, at risk of rough sleeping or considered at risk of facing exclusion from services.

You will also have experience of working with people with multiple needs, knowledge of the current welfare system, private rented sector and understand the barriers to engagement. Additionally, you will be able to work flexibly and creatively according to the needs and patterns of the cohort, which will entail street-based work alongside other services.
