Roustabouts | $24 - $26hr

TradeWorX is hiring dependable, mechanically inclined Roustabouts for a hands-on field position based out of the Eighty Four, PA area. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working with tools, assisting with mechanical equipment, and performing physical work in changing field environments. Candidates should be able to identify and properly use common hand and power tools, follow instructions, work effectively as part of a field crew, and travel from the shop to various field locations throughout the workweek. We are looking for people who take pride in working safely, showing up reliably, and contributing wherever the crew needs support.

Pay & Schedule:

• $24.00–$26.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Travel required from the shop to field locations
• Overtime expectations to be confirmed

Job Duties:

• Use common hand and power tools to support daily field operations.
• Assist skilled crew members with mechanical work, equipment, materials, and job setup.
• Perform hands-on mechanical and general field support tasks as directed by the crew.
• Load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, and materials needed for field work.
• Travel from the shop to assigned field locations and adapt to changing work environments.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow established jobsite and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on work experience.
• Working knowledge of common hand and power tools and their proper use.
• Valid, non-suspended driver's license.
• Current automobile insurance.
• Ability and willingness to travel from the shop to field locations.
• Ability to complete required background screening and drug screen.

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working as part of a field crew.
• Willing to learn and take direction while staying productive.
• Reliable Monday–Friday availability.
