Route Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate

Start your day inspecting a well-maintained 26’ box truck, reviewing your route, and loading accurately picked orders. You’ll navigate to customer sites, deliver with care, and capture spotless documentation before returning to the warehouse to help keep operations humming.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally, from pre-trip to post-trip.
• Deliver products to designated locations with on-time accuracy and courteous service.
• Unload and neatly stack product with customers, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Complete all delivery paperwork and documentation precisely.
• Support warehouse flow: receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping merchandise.
• Assemble customer orders, including palletizing and staging for outbound shipment.
• Store materials in correct locations following product codes or sequences.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and update inventory records promptly.
• Identify and resolve freight discrepancies and process claims when needed.
• Keep aisles clear and the facility spotless—sweep, remove trash, and follow safety/sanitation standards.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no DUIs or careless/reckless driving in the past 3 years).
• Hands-on experience operating 26’ box trucks (required).
• Experience with forklifts or reach trucks (preferred).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Comfort reading and interpreting work instructions and documentation.
• Professional, customer-facing communication skills and solid teamwork.
• Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 75+ lbs on a regular basis.
• Reliable, on-time, and able to sustain a fast pace to hit deadlines.
