Responsibilities:
A Day in the Life of a Dispatcher
Build and adjust technician routes for maximum efficiency
Schedule appointments and make sure they land in the right place at the right time
Communicate with technicians throughout the day on updates and changes
Prep appointments and send customer reminders
Audit accounts for accuracy and update as needed
Open up route availability to bring on new customers
Qualifications:
What We Are Looking For
You don’t need pest control experience -we’ll train you. The right mindset is what matters most. This is a Full-Time or seasonal (40 hours/week) in office position with a 6-month commitment. We have needs from 6am - 2:30pm and 10:30am - 7pm.
Strong Microsoft skills
Quick learner with new software and routing systems
Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving ability
Clear, confident communication
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Must be available to work one Saturday per month
