Route Driver / Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Specialist
American Bolt Corporation is looking for a dependable, customer-focused, and hands-on professional to join our team as a full-time Route Driver (VMI Specialist). If you enjoy working independently, staying active throughout your day, and building strong relationships with customers-this is the role for you.

A Day in the Life of a Route Driver
This is more than just driving-this is a customer-facing, problem-solving role on the move.
- Start your day by loading your route vehicle with pre-picked orders
- Travel to customer locations and deliver essential products
- Stock and replenish inventory bins on-site
- Use scanning tools to track inventory and generate replenishment orders
- Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and anticipating demand
- Represent American Bolt with a positive, professional attitude

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable climbing step ladders while handling product
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of delivery/route driving or customer service experience
- Merchandising experience (preferred, not required)
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, starting at 7:00 AM
- End times vary by route (2:30 PM – 4:00 PM)
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
