The 2nd shift Route Drive is vital to our day to day operations, we pride ourselves in being able to have the product the customer needs or be able to get it the next in our locations by the following morning.
In this position, you’ll handle a range of duties essential to keeping our supply chain running smoothly. Your role is critical to both warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction. You’ll help keep operations clean, safe, and well-organized, and ensure our deliveries are handled with precision and courtesy.
· Drive a 26" box truck from our Johnstone Supply location in Oak Creek, you will have 1- 3 stops to pick up or drop off product at vendors in the Joliet, IL area, and deliver product to Johnstone locations in Menomonee Falls, Waukesha and back to Oak Creek, WI.
· Load and unload delivery trucks using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand
· Perform routine vehicle maintenance and keep the delivery vehicle clean and safe
· Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and delivery documentation

To be successful in this role, you should bring a combination of warehouse knowledge, driving experience, and great customer service. You’ll also need to be organized, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Experience with inventory tracking and warehouse systems
· Skilled in using forklifts and pallet jacks (certification is a plus)
· Capable of basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
· Strong communication skills with a friendly, helpful attitude
· Able to lift heavy packages and remain on your feet for extended periods
o Minimum 50lb requirement
· Proficient in GPS navigation and using a company-provided phone
· High attention to detail in labeling, order checking, and documentation
· Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
· Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork skills
Hazmat certification preferred: if qaulified candadite does not have hazmat certification at time of hire they will need to be able to get certified within 6 months
