About Us: Bernicks is a 5th generation family-owned provider of beverages, vending and food solutions, representing leading brands such as Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Miller Brewing Company and New England Coffee. We service locations in greater MN and western WI. Job Summary: Route Assistants provide our Drivers with assistance during their routes and customer deliveries, working together and partnering as a team. Responsibilities: Ensure our beverage products get unloaded off the truck and into our customer locations.Restocking, rotating, facing, and removing outdated product, Route Assistants neatly organize store shelves and cooler spaces.Regularly lift and move product weighing 50-165 poundsRoute Assistantsmainlyride along with one of our Drivers, but there may be times you are responsible for your own transportation to and from locations.Working in a fast-paced, physical environment HOURS: Full-time Four, 10-hour days5:00AM-route completionMost routes are Tuesday-Friday, some schedules vary
