About the Role

We are seeking up to two experienced Route-IT Resources to support a healthcare provider customer through a 6-month or longer contract.

This role combines high-volume day-to-day Route-IT operations with several major projects involving toll-free services, routing plans, SDOP, AVPN connectivity, Amazon integration, and INFOPACK.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a high-volume environment where business requests may involve large numbers of toll-free lines, multiple accounts, routing changes, plan modifications, and provisioning activities.

The role is fully remote and follows normal business days and hours unless otherwise directed.

What You’ll Work On

The customer currently has four circuits and 35 ADV F 999 accounts. Day-to-day Route-IT work includes processing business requests involving:

• Adding toll-free lines
• Changing SDOP / route points
• Changing plans
• Updating routing configurations
• Working across multiple ADV F accounts
• Managing high-volume Work Intake requests
• Duplicating work across accounts when toll-free lines span multiple ADV F accounts

The environment can be complex because a single business request may include toll-free lines distributed across multiple ADV F accounts, requiring the work to be performed separately within each account.

Major Projects

1. 17,000 Toll-Free Lines — Medicaid & Retirement Open Enrollment

A major project involves setting up approximately 17,000 toll-free lines for Medicaid and retirement open enrollment.

The project is scheduled to begin September 1, 2026.

Depending on the project requirements, you may:

• Add a branch to each existing plan, or
• Create new plans with an allocator branch connected to a disaster recovery plan.

The supporting sub-project will involve examining existing plans and manually eliminating unnecessary schedule sets and routing plans to accommodate the larger initiative.

2. AVPN Installation

The customer is installing a new, larger AVPN connection to TAO for Amazon.

Your responsibilities may include provisioning work such as:

• Moving Amazon terms from existing connections to new connections.
• Changing route points through SDOP order modifications.
• Creating new terms for Amazon links.
• Updating or creating routing plans.
• Performing provisioning activities through spreadsheet uploads where applicable.

3. Amazon Branch

The customer is introducing Amazon for call-center answer support, including chatbots.

This project involves creating a new branch with an Amazon-specific route point. While the initial volume is relatively small, the long-term plan is for 20,000+ toll-free lines to eventually have an Amazon branch option.

4. INFOPACK

The customer currently has approximately 11,000 toll-free lines with INFOPACK enabled, with the potential to reach approximately 16,000 lines.

This work involves modifying term orders using spreadsheets. Because of the volume, the workload can be substantial:

• 11,000 toll-free lines
• 4 circuits per line
• Approximately 44,000 terms
• Spreadsheet uploads limited to 300 lines per sheet

The overall workload is significant because each request may need to be processed across all four circuits.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced Route-IT professional who can work effectively in a high-volume telecommunications environment and manage detailed routing and provisioning activities with accuracy.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable:

• Working with large volumes of toll-free services and routing changes.
• Managing requests across multiple accounts.
• Working with routing plans, route points, and SDOP.
• Handling detailed provisioning activities.
• Working with spreadsheets for large-scale modifications and uploads.
• Managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Working independently in a remote environment.
• Handling complex requests where changes must be replicated across multiple accounts or circuits.
• Supporting both day-to-day operations and larger transformation initiatives.
