Route Logistics Driver and Inventory Control Technician

We’re seeking a dependable Route Logistics Driver and Inventory Control Technician in Norman, OK to ensure on-time deliveries and a well-run warehouse.

Schedule & compensation

• Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm
• $16.50–$18.50 per hour, DOE

Core duties

• Drive delivery routes safely; transport products to designated locations.
• Load/unload vehicles and replenish/return items to warehouse shelving.
• Document deliveries and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with organizing, counting, and managing warehouse inventory.
• Uphold safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at each drop-off.
• Coordinate with the team to optimize routing and warehouse processes.
• Input orders and updates into the computer system.

Minimum qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; clean motor vehicle record.
• Prior delivery or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy packages and performing physical work.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends when required.
