Route Manager - Night Shift

Lead your team. Run the night operation. No CDL required.

We're hiring a Route Manager to lead our team of Route Representatives on our Night Routes, working Sunday through Thursday. If you like being in the field, solving problems in real time, and building a team that takes pride in doing the job right, this is your role.

Schedule: Night shift, Sunday–Thursday

Requirements:

Pay: $60,000.00 plus quarterly bonus/incentive

What you'll do:

• Lead with safety — run briefings, training, and hold the team to policy every day.
• Manage and develop a team of Non-CDL drivers: onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and performance.
• Ride along regularly to evaluate performance and remove barriers to success.
• Step in hands-on when needed to keep routes running and service smooth.
• Keep routing and schedules current, and improve route sequencing for efficiency.
• Oversee truck maintenance and delivery/pick-up logistics.
• Build strong customer relationships — drive retention, secure renewals, and spot growth opportunities.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve service issues.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in route operations, logistics, delivery, or field service (management experience a plus).
• Strong, customer-focused leadership and clear communication.
• Solid problem-solving instincts.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
