WYN Distribution is a wholesale distribution company based in Bellingham, WA. We supply retail stores throughout Washington, Oregon, and surrounding areas through both road sales and warehouse fulfillment.

Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Route Sales Lead / Distribution Associate.
This position begins with a combination of warehouse work and road sales training so the right candidate can learn our products, inventory systems, customers, and overall company operations before transitioning into a larger sales role.
Our road sales teams travel in teams of two and visit both existing and new retail accounts throughout the week.
Typical Weekly Schedule
- Monday: In Town
- Restock sales vans
- Review new inventory and products
- Discuss customer feedback and sales opportunities from the previous week
- Prepare for the upcoming sales route
- Tuesday–Friday:
- Travel on regional sales routes
- Visit existing customer accounts
- Develop relationships with new retail customers
- Maintain organized inventory within sales vans
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $22.00/hour
- Performance raises at 30 / 60 / 90 days based on progression
- Weekly sales bonuses

Responsibilities
- Assist with warehouse operations and inventory organization
- Restock and maintain sales vans
- Travel for overnight sales trips during the week
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Support existing accounts while developing new business
- Create invoices and process customer payments
- Load/unload inventory and assist with order fulfillment
- Maintain professionalism and reliability while representing the company
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable traveling during the week
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Able to work well in a small team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Able to lift and move inventory
- Sales, warehouse, distribution, or customer service experience preferred
