$47,000 - $56,000 per year or more of total compensation

As a Route Service and Sales Technician Trainee, you will:
Troubleshoot and repair dish machine operations
Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services
Provide emergency on-call service
Deliver and pick up chemicals
Collect payments and follow up on accounts
Build rapport with customers and resolve concerns
Train customers on product usage and safety
Negotiate service renewals and pricing
What You’ll Need:
A valid driver’s license with 3 years of driving history
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role
Comfort with driving and mechanical tasks (experience preferred)
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Capability to climb stairs at customer and branch locations
A strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset
